High aromatic intensity. Aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, with a notable hint of pear that brings freshness. The post-fermentation process gives it a touch of vanilla, adding complexity and clearly indicating its time in barrel.
Dry attack with a fresh, slightly saline palate. On the retronasal, the fruit aromas become more intense, leading to a long and elegant finish.
