Process: Each variety used to elaborate this wine has been harvested and fermented separately from each other. In this way, we could fit the appropriate wine process for each variety.
Fruits aroma have an important presence, it’s expressive and fleshy in mouth, playing with the pre-fermentative macerations at cold temperature, after 3 or 10 days passed in tanks with the marc, wine is filtered before to be aged in stainless steel tanks
Charateristics: The bouquet suggests blackberries, fresh tobacco and mint leafs. Good balanced and full bodied in mouth.
Suggestions: Served between 16 – 18ºC, this wine can go perfectly with Spanish paella or with meat (white and red).
