Racó Fred

Tasting notes

Intense yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright.

High aromatic intensity. Aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom or white roses, followed by ripe peach and apricot. The batonnage work adds a pastry touch reminiscent of brioche, finishing with vanilla notes from its time in barrel.

Dry and intense on the attack. On the palate, it’s structured and unctuous, with a very good balance due to its acidity. The mineral and saline character of the vineyard’s soil is noticeable. On the retronasal, the complex aromas of fruit combined with pastry notes lead to a long, complex, and elegant finish.
