Process: The varieties used for this vine were harvested by hand and each variety has been squeezed separately. Maturation lasts between one or two weeks according to variety.
Once both fermentations were achieved, wine is aged during 6 months in French oak barrels. Ageing is finalized in bottle for months before it goes out to market.
Characteristics: Intense deep dark red color, this wine develops in mouth intense aromas of black fruit jam (cherry, blackberry), pepper and tobacco leafs. Round in mouth it´s fleshy and well balanced with a pleasant spicy finish.
Suggestions: Serve at 16-18ºC. It works with any kind of meal, especially with red meat (Beef, lamb) and cheese.
